Speaking of the famous Swiss cheese, one has to mention a place, this is the small town of Gruyères, located on the outskirts of Fribourg. It is the origin of the world-famous Gruyere cheese and has obtained the Swiss origin. The town is located in the hilly area, with the narrow Gruyere Lake to the north and the Molezon Mountain to the west. It has beautiful natural scenery. From Bern to all the way to the town, visitors can take a panoramic view of the lake and mountains.
Cailler's chocolate factory, located in Broc, has a chocolate museum and the factory is also open to tourists. Visitors learn about the history of Swiss chocolate, visit the production process of chocolate, and of course the most important thing is to enjoy delicious chocolate.
